What are the RULES/RESTRICTIONS?
- Membership is open to any East Side patron aged 21 and above (valid ID required upon joining).
- You will receive an East Side Mug Club card, which must be presented to access your mug and member discounts (QR code on our app is accepted as well).
- A $15 fee applies for the replacement of lost, broken, or misplaced mugs.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Membership benefits are exclusively for the member and cannot be transferred to others.
- Membership renewal is automatic.
- Members can cancel their membership at any time.
- We expect all Mug Club members to conduct themselves respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. East Side reserves the right to revoke membership and/or restaurant access for inappropriate behavior without refund.
